Sounds interesting right? Others have tried to come as close as this, but this edit, shot in Berlin, really works a treat. Well done to all involved.

The project was founded in 2014 at the Parisian gallery l’Hermitage by both Fernandez—co-founder of Berlin-based skateboard brand and art collective FLVR—and visual artist Iouri Camicas, who invite various musicians to create a sound universe to accompany each of the performances. Enjoy.

Mark Nicolson’s archive of tapes this week comes in raw form from when Death Skateboards was just starting up back in 1999 featuring himself (aged 17) and Dan Cates (22) sessioning spots in Hertford and Ware.

Cates is skating one of the first Death decks from when they first started out as a company in 1998. Check that barnet.
