Axel Bottenberg exhibition
German-born, Manchester-bred artist Axel Bottenberg is having an exhibition at Projekts MCR, starting on Feb 8th, which will feature his paintings and video work.
In association with the ImiTate Gallery, the exhibition will display Bottenberg’s dizzying array of imagery incorporating both classic and contemporary iconography in a technically brilliant visual ‘mashup’, and will run from Feb 8th to April 6th 2008, with the preview on Thurs 7th Feb.

Tokyo Police Club will release their debut album in April.

Witness the Gypness
The Gyppo Army skate team will be doing a demo, in association with Nueu, at Revolution Skatepark on Sunday March 16th from 12pm to 4pm.
With some of the most talented skaters in the UK right now, the Gyppo Army of Doug Parmiter, Momo Linier, Kevin McKeown and Aaron Sweeney plus special guests will be ripping it for an afternoon for your enjoyment. Admission to the demo costs £10 to skate, or £3 to watch.
