If you missed the news, BAYSIXTY6 skatepark is celebrating 20 years in the game this month, a huge feat for a park that hosted some of the best demos and events in the country and of course, sessions for thousands across those two decades.
This Wednesday evening between 6-10pm will see a special evening session that will reunite many of the park’s skaters who have shredded there from with free drinks and free entry. A gallery featuring some of the park’s finest moments will also be on show with photography from Chris Johnson, Marcel Veldman, Richie Hopson, Leo Sharp and many more.
Due to the recent tragic event that happened here in our community we will be fundraising for the Grenfell Tower victims, a ‘pay what you can’ bucket will be located on the door and our donations will be passed onto the relevant charities.
Please share this news with anyone who skated the park and we hope to see you at this special session reunion this Wednesday. Join the Facebook event page.
