This is the most bizarre clip of the year to date. The Erasmus suspension bridge in Rotterdam is 139 metres (456ft) tall. We have no idea why someone could actually think they could grind the cables.
That fall into the Nieuwe Maas river would surely be fatal but reports say he was fine. Police are said to be questioning the authenticity of the video though of course. The board looks red when he falls and is clearly not that colour as he gets ready to climb the bridge. Next time try using a Penny board.
